Public Sector Access’ (PSA’s) genesis occurred from a conversation between two people, one of which worked in the public sector and one of which worked in the private sector. The first had a wealth of experience when it came to assessing public sector tenders and the other had the same when it came to trying to win public sector contracts.
From this exchange, the two decided to start a company which would help private sector companies win bids in the public sector and also offer its services to the public sector, building teams to fulfil government contracts.
Since its inception PSA has been joined by directors with a wealth of experience in health, education, construction & sustainability to name just a few sectors. PSA is here to offer an end to end service to get you the business you want as well as helping the public sector fulfil its requirements.

Public Sector
We fulfil our own public sector contracts in house, through our specialist consultants or teaming up with delivery partners to provide high quality services and value for money to the public sector. We have worked extensively across local government, education, the NHS and the Health & Safety Executive.
Private Sector
PSA offers end to end support to get companies into public sector opportunities. This includes identifying opportunities, comprehensive tender writing including company policy development as well as building relationships with public sector buyers. One of our specialties is forming consortiums; building teams and providing a platform for SMEs to be more competitive in public procurement.
